So happy, finally my mother helped me buy the top that I had been eyeing for a year.

Date that I written this: 2nd December 2006

Today, my family when to Malaysia to shop. This is the first time after 2 months of boring shopping there as my mother finally had the mood to shop with me. My mom bought three tops there for me and said it was for Chinese New Year. I don’t think it can resist not taking it out to wear for 3 months lor. So now I got 7 tops for Chinese New Year le but then still got no skirt or pants or Q-lock. I think I got to buy 7 bottoms from K.L. le as I will be going there this month but then don’t noe when. My mother and I got to control ourselves as we always liked to buy tops and will not really like to look at pants or skirts or Q-lock.

Actually, we when there just to service our car. Then the lady said we had to wait at least 2 hrs and then all of us did not wanna wait so long so we walked to the nearby shopping centre, Holiday Inn, to shop. Then we had our lunch at Pizza Hut and then when to Parkson to shop as my mother don’t really like the shop there as they only sell all the current trend but then she doesn’t really like it. My mom style is more of the kind that will stay in the fashion and my was following the trend. Then when we reached there, she looked at her kind of office clothes and then I when to the brand called cheetah. The clothes there are nice but then a bit expensive. There was a top that had a crown and was striped with a combination of light green and a darker green. So ‘ke si’ is the material is not very good, if got hooked by something the clothes will have hole.

Then when my mom came and join me, we when to the brand called Applemints. I really had to recommend this brand…their clothes are really nice. Then, I as unusual, went to my mom and then keep on asking, “Mommy, this very nice hor!” as in I show her the clothes that I ‘kan shang’.

My mom will said, “Everytime you follow me to shopping u will always say this sentence. U not sian of this I very sian u noe. Next time I old arh, I will always follow u when u shopping then I will keep on saying this arh. C u can ‘ta han’ me anot.”

Finally, the top I had been eyeing for a year had a 20% discount. So it only cost about S$13. It is bare back and quite colourful as it is rainbow in colour. I think I had to buy a jeans or white skirt, pants or Q-lock to ‘pei’ with it. When my father saw the clothes, he immediately said, “Ning arh, u got so many clothes at home le and then always come to Malaysia and still ask ur mummy also help u buy.”

“Oi, where got! Everytime go out I also wear the same few clothes. As if I got a lot of clothes.” I replied.

“Ok la, then u wear until like this wanna attract hu. Now wear until like that, aiyo, grow up le don’t noe wear like wad arh.” My dad said.

Then my mother come and save me and said, “Y cannot meh, this age is like that one. Don’t care about ur father.”

My damn bro then go and said, “Ohhhhh, she wanna attract the boy that she like then get married le, yeah, I got brother-in-law le. Very soon I will have a nephew or niece le.”

“Huh, so early get married, hu is that guy arh? Ask him to come over to our home to eat dinner with us. I also cannot wait to carry my grandchild. Hurry arh, when is u and ur bro going to get married arh, I cannot wait leh, I want my grandchild le.” My dad said cheeky.

Then my dad and bro ‘ganna’ hit by me. Hu ask them, say I going to get married, as if arh. My bro also hit my father too. No la, it is my father ‘ganna’ kicked by my bro. lol.

My mom just stand there and laughing at us. Then she asked my father not to ‘jiao huai wo’, as I am only 12yrs going to 13yrs.

When 2 hrs up, my dad come and ‘cui’ us. Then I suggested them to ask them to collect the car first while my mother and I continue shopping and by 30 mins later, we meet at the roadside. Then my mother also got hooked to one of the office top and coat. She only bought the office top and did not buy the coat as need to dry wash. She say clothes that need to dry wash is difficult to maintain as u had to be very careful and don’t noe wad la, ‘yi da dui dong xi’. Then we over exceed the time by 10mins. Then when we pass by Mcdonald, a body was cover up with newspaper and there were a few polices there. At first, I thought he had jumped down but then there was only three level there, jump down also will not die right. I meant the most is injured and then there were also no blood on the floor.

Then when we when back to the car, my mom told this to my dad and then he said he saw wad had happened. That man was just walking pass there and then he suddenly fainted. Then some ppl when to resuscitate him but then he still laid there motionless. Then some ppl there called the police and ambulance. He also thought he just fainted and then before that, when my father saw him, he seems quite fit wad. Then I told him how can he be ok if there was newspaper covering his body. The police will not do this right if that person is still breathing. Then my mother asked how my dad remember him so well and then my dad said, “Remember when we were at the gameboy shop seeing the gameboy for ah boy, he was there only ah lao there and then looking at the games. Then u will feel that ah lao over there looking at the games at his age will be quite weird wad. Ohya, he was also a bit ‘siao’ one. The way he walked, he will laugh for nothing and then will talk to himself.”

“Ohya, that ah lao arh.” My mother replied.

But then I was the only one that did not see him. My father, mother and bro all see him only I was the only one. I don’t noe y am I so curious how he looked like but then it is just very funny for me not noticing him when all of my family members did.

Then my mother and I suddenly tok about the clothes I just buy and then she said that she also wanna share it with me as she also wanna show that she still got figure and asked my father if he let anot. Then my father immediately laughed at her and then said, “Can, ur choice. But then our daughter got the assents that y she can wear this kinda clothes. U leh, not really got figure, but then wanna wear. Ppl will looked at u lor. ‘ni bu pa bei xiao ke shi wo pa’ arh.”

“Ya la, I also wanna show ppl how fat am I can. I also wanna ‘lou’ some flesh also ma,” my mother replied in a joking manner.

My dad just shake his head and said, “U how old le and married le, still wanna where this, aiyo, I really so poor thing arh.”

Then we went to Store opposite Carrfour. I bought a hot pink shirt with some words and another bare back clothes with a beach scenery. It only costed S$14 altogether lor as the whole Malaysia is now having Sales. Both clothes had a 50% discount lor. I really liked the clothes there, all very nice and cheap one. So most clothes that I ‘kan shang’ my mother will help me buy. Then when my mom saw one of the clothes she bought two months got a 50% discount, her eyes widen a lot. Then I tease her and said that she ‘chi quay’ le. Then she kept on repeating, “If I had not buy that clothes two months ago, I will have saved ten dollars.”

I was so sick and tired of hearing that lor. I kept on repeating, “Let bygones be bygones” or “there is no use crying over spilled milk” say until I so sian arh. Then we had our dinner at the foodcourt and then when home by 6p.m.

I cannot wait 4 this Monday, going to Charmaine’s hse with Amalia and Daphne. Then we will play mahjong and then go shopping. Then at about 10p.m, Charmaine, Daphne and I had conference and then Daphne say if lose had to do pole dance as she say she damn ‘kiang’ at it. I think I die le la, I also not very good at mahjong. But in the end, Charmaine and I did not want so cancel le. ‘heng’ arh.
