I just found out that i am getting more muscular thanks to hurdles. I think if i continue training like that, 4 times per week (that is including carrying of 8 hurdles *but sometimes the TANNIES HELPED ME*, running like crazy, jumping too and doing that hurdles excerise) I will be super muscular and i don't think i will like it seeing muscles all over my body. Now i even have a bit abs on my stomach!!! My legs and my arms are getting harder and bigger thanks to muscles. I cannot imagine me being macho. Or even if i stop doing track, how fat i look like and the difficult period that i had to go though if i wanna slim down. OMG OMG OMG!!! Thats super scary. All the best, KWN!!
